to customers. Turn times start from when we receive written or electronic
approval of proofs. Replication orders will be processed in 10 working
days, plus ship time. Duplication Orders will be processed in 3
to 5 working days, plus shipping, unless other arrangements have
been made in writing to expedite your order.
If an order
needs to be canceled or changed, a written notice must be received
to stop the order or make changes in the order. Once the order is
processed there is a minimum charge of 20% plus the actual cost
of services and materials. All costs incurred up to this point are
the sole responsibility of the customer.

disc produced by IMC, that does not comply with Standard disc specifications

be compatible with all disc players.
IMC will not
be liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, reliance or consequential
damages however caused, regardless of character. If
any product is found to be defective, it's the customer responsibility
to notify IMC in writing within 30 days of receiving the order.
IMC limits it's liability to refund, correct or redo the job, or
any portion of the job at our sole discretion.

UPS Ground or common carrier or by any other means requested by
the customer. Once the order is shipped, IMC will not be responsible

While the driver is there, compare the pieces of freight you are
receiving to the number on the Drivers Reciept, note the number
of cartons, not just the number of pallets. If the quantities match
and the freight is in good order, sign the DR.
If you notice any missing or damaged pieces, notate what you have
discovered IN DETAIL on the DR and have the driver sign off on that
as well. Make sure you keep a copy of the signed DR and give one
to the driver. A few extra minutes spent ensuring shipments are
complete and in good order can save a company thousands in unpaid
